Coethica helps Enable North Liverpool's community

Enable North Liverpool

Coethica founder and Managing Director David Connor has recently officially taken over as Chairman of Enable, a project to inspire and guide potential entrepreneurs and small businesses in North Liverpool.

Enable use a particular methodology created by Ernesto Sirolli called Enterprise Faciliation and is one of three similar projects currently operating in the Liverpool region.

"I found the ethos of a passion driven, non-traditional way of regenerating a community through working with individuals very similar to our own values here at Coethica. It was a fantastically innovative way of approaching issues that countless previous projects and European funding had not really overcome."

By offering a very informal approach to engagement right at the heart of grassroots communities, Enable's Facilitator Lynne Jones has clients that would probably never gone to Business Link or a formal start-up agency and more likely still never done anything with their idea or dream.

"I was honoured to be asked to succeed Lawrence Holden as Chair, following all of the hard work getting Enable off the ground and look forward with eager anticipation to continuing the dream building for the people of North Liverpool." said David.
