This year the views of more than 148,645 employees determined the rankings of the Best companies to Work For, using a methodology which identifies best practice and ranks companies according to their performance in eight key areas of employee satisfaction.

WL Gore & Associates topped the list for the fourth year in a row and Goldman Sachs was first in the list of the 20 Best Big Companies to work for.  The supplement contains profiles for all 100 companies.
